BUDGIE QUESTIONS .. Please answer?

Depending on how old your budgie is, this may be his way of "testing the waters", or checking out every thing. He may think it is a toy of some sort or a way of a game. The nibbling of the ear is probably because he likes you unless he is biting you. I hope I could help.
