Why does my cockatiel flip upside down, and put his head under its wing and squeak?

I have no idea why they do this, but I have a cockatiel hen who ALWAYS seems to be upside down. She hangs from a rope in the flight upside down! I think its quirky and fun, nothing to worry about.
