Conure preening me and being slightly aggressive?

She is very bonded to me and preens my hair whenever possible and she sometimes tries to preen my shirts. It's gotten to the point that she tries to bite me if I just slightly pull her away from my head. What can I do to keep her from trying to bite me like that? She is 9 months old, green cheek conure.
